Heritage extension

Our clients had an existing 2 bedroom villa, which did not fully serve their needs,. They had an old existing annex, which created a warm wisteria and grape laden courtyard, which provided shelter from the southerlies, and creates a welcoming outdoor space year around. We managed the demolition and removal of the old asbestos clad existing structure to make way for a new building to match the existing villa- more in keeping with the villa aesthetic, and adding 2 more rooms and loads more functionality to the space. This was able to be carried out without a building consent, as it complied with eth under 30m2 rule.
