and upgrade

Our client approached us with the desire renew the exterior of their home, external weatherboards needed assessing, and some needed replacing, the bedroom needed heating and the bathroom required a refit of fixtures, and the house needed a repaint.

Wayne arranged all subcontractors, aircon retrofit, plumbing, extracting, and rebuilt the deck and parts of the verandah, which required replacing, and then organized the repaint, to fit into our clients schedule.

The end result is a refreshed, tidy, healthier home, cherished family home to last for years to come.
